  1. JC says:

lense is sometimes considered an acceptable variant… try Firefox and if you fill a form it’ll catch spelling errors putting a red line below the misspelled word.

  2. I like that you over-responded, as one person called it, to the misspelling of the word, as it shows that you can take a typo that others may have noticed, and comment about it in an open way. Although it may seem like a small thing, this is a great personality trait, as it tends to show up repeatedly in dealing with past errors. Successful individuals have this way of opening up discussion about, or presenting, past errors for review.

Thank you all for your kind redemption of my spelling boo boo.

@JC – Bless you for that! That’s actually what makes the error more embarrassing, I did use Firefox with the spelling check on. Perhaps it didn’t catch it because lense is an acceptable variant? Uhhh scratch that…it’s underlined in red…means I just missed it.

@Armen – Just my style…always have been. Self-deprecating humor is usually my way of apologizing…good to know that’s in line with successful people…BONUS!

  4. We all make little spelling errors, I always have this problem in differetiating between UK and US variations.
@ Armen _ I totally agree with you on that.
