I can’t be incentivized to care. You can’t break down my job into a mathematical formula. Intrinsic motivation always trumps external trinkets. Signed – your employees.

    —– wel,.. yes :) sort of… with proper incetives they can almost invisibly steer you into outcome/behaviour they are expecting ..
    so unless you are very hard & against.. incentive etc still will do their tricks :)

    Good thinking Rob. Measured on the basis of work done and the time you save, that’s also important while working.

  9. Intrinsic motivation is real motivation. It derives from internal happiness of an employee and is a very good indicator to measure employee satisfaction.
